The Mind in Dialogue with the Self

The Mind in Dialogue with the Self: A Journey from Fragmentation to Wholeness is the third volume in a series of profound dialogues between a mother and her daughter: two generations, two distinct worldviews, yet the same sincere quest for truth. Following the previous books Talking to My Mother: What Do You Do When Love Ends? and Mother, Heal My Soul, this new volume takes the conversation deeper, toward the roots of our being. Who are we? Why do we feel what we feel? How can we heal what seems beyond healing?
This is a living book, written in the form of an authentic dialogue, where science meets tradition, critical thinking intertwines with deep intuition, and historical memory converges with consciousness. At the crossroads of neuroscience, quantum physics, archaeology, phenomenology, psychology, and ancient spiritual traditions lies the same perennial mystery: the human being. A being who is, simultaneously, intuition and reasoning, ego and soul, conditioning and freedom.
This book does not offer formulas for success. It offers meaning. It does not dictate. It inquires.
How can we stop punishing ourselves by unconsciously repeating trauma, prejudice, and fear? How can we transform karma, not as a sentence, but as the echo of all our actions, thoughts, and choices?
The book explores the nature of love, not merely as a fleeting emotion, but as a sustained state of consciousness that can guide a human life. It is a kind of love that creates inner stability: a sense of safety and clarity in your relationship with yourself. It doesn’t depend on a partner or external validation, because it starts with accepting who you are, and it relies on making peace with your own story.
Why is this important? Because the human being is far more than what we have been told we are. We are more than our education, our culture, or the social frameworks we were born into. Within each person lies “something”, a living essence, that must be awakened, nurtured, and protected. If we live only in the mind, we lose the soul. If we live only in emotion, we lose direction. A deep reconnection with the self is the only path to balance and truth. This book is an invitation to that reconnection. An invitation to individual healing and the transformation of collective consciousness. The true legacy we leave behind is not material but is the imprint of our awareness: the way we lived, felt, and chose to love.
